If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. Weâll send a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
đŤ Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized items (like made-to-order tumblers)
- Sale items or gift cards (if offered)
đ Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
- You must request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the buyerâs responsibility, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5â10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- We do not offer exchanges at this time; if you'd like a different item, please place a new order.
- All Cup & Charm products are made to order. Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email]. Approved replacements or refunds will be processed after review. All products are made to order. Please allow 3â5 business days for production.
